Hi there,
I am a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and CBT specialist with over 8 years’ experience and have been a Holistic Practitioner with over 14 years’ experience.
In that time, I have guided hundreds of clients to overcome personal challenges and achieve lifelong positive changes.
During training as a holistic therapist, I developed a deeper interest in the mind-body connection—seeing larger potential for Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT used as a tool for personal transformation and future healing than I did with Holistic Therapy methods such as massage, energy work, etc.
I have seen how sessions have guided people’s lives to radically change from issues such as…
- Anxiety
- Motivation
- Negative thought patterns
- Depression
- OCD
- Relationships – Grief and Death
- Relationships – Pre engagement
- Relationships – Marriage
- Relationships – Family
- Relationships – Friends
- Relationships – Business
…to clarity, emotional wellbeing, balanced relationships, on successful paths to rewarding futures.
My own journey into Hypnotherapy and CBT began after experiencing its benefits firsthand while addressing my own personal anxiety, among other issues such as a childhood fear of horses, fear of success and failure issues that plagued me most of my life.
Due to my own positive experience, it fuelled my passion in the field and led me to pursue comprehensive training in my 30s, resulting in a mid-career switch from being an English teacher in London.
Prior to that I had worked in various fields ranging from community care as a drugs counsellor, working in the arts industry and more.
My personal approach to therapy combines the following:
With these methods, I specialise in creating personalised treatment plans for each client.
In my many years of experience, I have seen how particularly effective these techniques are for instilling lifelong changes.
I pride myself in making my programmes unique to what’s usually offered in today’s world of therapy.
But don’t just take my word for it. I invite you to come and experience the difference.
Yours Truly,
